I found them very stisfying, and am now looking so much more forward to my introduction course, which starts nov. 8. As yoga seems to be all I can think about at the moment, I suddenly had a thought regarding sweat. All that sweat has got to be good for your skin. Not that Im not satufied with the way my skin behaves at the moment, but has anyone experienced an improvement in the condition of their skin, whether greasy or dry? Just out of curiosity........
