How can I work or do navasana correctly if I´m not strong enought to

stretch the legs because If I do it I feel pain in the lower back?

Sorry for my english, I´m from spain.

Don't stretch your legs. Hold them at a 45 degree angle. You may

have to hold your legs to support your back till your bandhas are

strong enough. Speaking of bandhas, make sure you are holding them.

If you use your bandhas, your back will automatically be in

alignment.

bend your knees. bring the chest forward. if you need to, hold on

to the back of legs (hanstrings). do not round the back.
