No need to apologize for your English. Your lower back hurts because you

haven't developed the abdominal strength necessary to practice Navasana with

straight legs. I suggest practicing Navasana with bent legs until your strength

increases. You will know you are ready to practice Navasana with straight legs

when your back no longer hurts.

Best of luck and Namaste,

Maureen

How can I work or do navasana correctly if I´m not strong enought to

stretch the legs because If I do it I feel pain in the lower back?

Sorry for my english, I´m from spain.

Cómo puedo trabajar o hacer navasana si no soy lo suficiente fuerte

para estirar las piernas porque me duele la parte baja de la espalda?
