Guest guest
I gave up weight training due to tendonitis and I practice only Ashtanga Yoga and Nia Technique . The two compliment each other. The Ashtanga has given me strength that I never had with 10 years of weight training plus increased flexibility. The Nia is cardio. Both of these are intended for an individual to align and heal the body. Yoga builds strength without this side effect. ashtanga yoga, "andre78704" <aet@a...> wrote: > Question for y'all.
