Guest guest
Regarding practice in airports, Ive never done full-out practice in an airport, but always on planes....Generally during flights you can go to the back of the plane and do certain postures that can keep the blood oxygenated and flowing and your nerves unfrazzled. I have to say the flight attendants have been, not only cooperative, but downright interested and inquistive. Gives you a wonderful oppertunity to spread the good word. Guest guest
jeff, with regards to certain postures that you do on planes, what would they be? i'm about to take a dreaded 13 hour flight and would love to get my blood flowing with ashtanga. i get incredibly restless on these long flights and would do anything to make the journey more bearable. please advice! nuthead jeffrz wrote: Regarding practice in airports, Ive never done full-out practice in an airport, but always on planes....Generally during flights you can go to the back of the plane and do certain postures that can keep the blood oxygenated and flowing and your nerves unfrazzled. Guest guest
yes. typically I keep the practice to a chair unless I can find an out of the way corner. lcbx1 <mama wrote:with the holidays upon us i was wondering if anyone has done their practice - or a form of yoga in an airport. my body gets achey from waiting in lines/for a plane/etc. - and i've been told that some people have been known to bust out the mat and start practicing. has anyone here had any experience in practicing in a public place such as an airport? ashtanga yoga Free Pop-Up Blocker - Get it now
