Guest guest Posted December 10, 2003 Report Share Posted December 10, 2003 love to everybody, do you know any exrcises for strenthen the knees? because from my personal experience they are, [the knees],the most week point in the body in ashtanga vinyasa practice, doing all this work with padmasana[lotus],they get a lot of strain. i feel a distarbance in the inner part of 1 knee after my practice, and this because this knee it has been operated 20 years ago, and is my week point. the worst is in marichasana D, and in janushirsasana .
