Guest guest Posted December 17, 2003 Report Share Posted December 17, 2003 I have a couple disconnected questions for the group. 1. Does anyone else yawn extensively during your practice? I know yawning is an indication of the body's need for oxygen, but I've never experienced this in any other physical activity. Sometimes, especially when doing Surya B, it gets so intense I end up also gagging due to dry mouth. So early in the practice, it sometimes makes it difficult to continue. 2. Is it possible to lose a pose later in the series as one adds poses? I've recently worked my way up to five navasana and all three backbends, and I've noticed I've TOTALLY lost my halasana. And I mean totally. The back just doesn't want to do anything. I'd appreciate any wisdom you can share. Namaste. Dorene New Photos - easier uploading and sharing.
