First, they went to National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, a premier institution devoted to the promotion of voluntary action, research, training and documentation in the overall domain of women and child development. Dr. M.S. Tara, Deputy Director and other members of the institute explained the students of FPYK about the Institute and its activities. Then, the students of FPYK, went to Foundation for Revitalization of Local Health Traditions. Mr. G. Hariramamurthi, Convener, Medicinal Plants Conservation Network spoke on the need and importance of medicinal plants and their conservation. Emphasizing the value and importance of these and since millions of people especially from the villages depend on the traditional medical systems which use medicinal plants, Mr. Murthi explained the need to protect these plants. Mr. Murthi took the students to the garden where some of the special and rare species of plants are being grown. At both the places, the students had the opportunity to know more about India. After visiting these two study centers, the students went to International Krishna Consciousness, one of the popular spiritual tourist centers of Bangalore city. The students were introduced to the yeoman service of the center, and the most popular service the feeding of thousands of school children from all religions. When the students went to see HANUMAN TEMPLE near ISKON temple, they were astonished to see the size of the deity and to experience the tremendous spiritual energy of the temple. The students returned back expressing, in chorus, that they had a great day and full of rich experience. Lorraine Aronson, South Africa,: Serge Salvador, France; Joann Walter, Britain; Mitchell Green Australia; Anna Adoue, Mexico, Nina Nicola Williams, Australia completed the three months teacher training course. Mark Grogan, Australia and Lia Kruger, Canada have reserved their place at FPYK to play their second innings in January 2004. Steeve Buehler U.S.A. says,' Every teacher should go to FPYK regularly and practice there for both self-improvement and to enhance the ability of teaching. There, they find an opportunity to think of themselves and their practice and teaching.' A Special Visitor:- Professor Kenneth Liberman, University of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, U.S.A. and a best friend of Master ji, has come to India and was with Master ji for a few days. He will be in Mysore University visiting as a Fulbright Professor and give lectures. REVISION OF COURSE FEE:- FPYK has made certain changes in course timings and fee structure of the courses. Please visit www.yogelements.com for details. Nina Nicola Williams from Australia wants to know why even after several years of practicing yoga, many of the students and some teachers of yoga do not show any sign of change in their attitude. Humanism is my philosophy. Humanity is my religion. Human beings are my gods and goddesses. Their dwellings are my temple, church, mosque, religious centers. The milk of human kindness is my presiding deity.
