I am also high on Sacred Movement because Shiva Rea is part of it and she is terrific. Namaste. They have studios in Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Venice Beach, and will be opening a studio in Newport Beach. I've taken for almost two years at their Brentwood studio, Venice, and Beverly Hills studio and have been totally delighted. I also like very much a studio called Sacred Movement also in Venice Beach. I hope this helps! I've heard good things about Maha Yoga, too. It is in Brentwood.
