Guest guest
Hi all, I'm a beginner ashtanga student working my way through the first series. The idea of being able to do a jumpthrough, let alone place my hands next to my hips and rotate my body in order to do a jump back (or handstand!) seems nearly impossible. Does anyone have any recommendations that I can keep in mind during my practice? I realize I should be engaging my locks, but they still don't seem strong enough. Thanks for any help!
