Guest guest
Margee: this is a great suggestion for getting stronger at jump backs--I'm getting better at them, but working from crow will help a lot. Do you have any advice for jump throughs? I have a hard time keep my palms flat when lifting my torso up and forward. I just end up using momentum and flying forward without much form, thanks!
