great advice on jump backs, jump throughs for beginners!

Margee:

this is a great suggestion for getting stronger at

jump backs--I'm getting better at them, but working

from crow will help a lot. Do you have any advice for

jump throughs? I have a hard time keep my palms flat

when lifting my torso up and forward. I just end up

using momentum and flying forward without much form,

thanks!
