RE: ashtanga yoga jump backs, jump through

Thanks for the advice Carrie. My biggest trouble spot is just as my feet

are leaving the floor. They always seem to get "stuck" on the floor just as

I am trying to pick them up.

 

 

 

I will keep at it though. Of that you can be certain.

Layne, just curious... how long have you been practicing yoga, and where are

ya from?

I'm certain you will get it one day... but in the meantime, keep in mind that

where ever you are in the practice, it's your practice and yoga isnt

competitive.

hi Layne,

what about shortening your abdominals just before you lift, and engaging

uddiyana bandha as you jump through?
