He¹s coming to the UK for the first time in years and years and I¹m thinking about attending. Would you recommend it? I ask as I¹ve been having serious trouble getting any opinions on David Williams due to the fact that he does far less workshops than most of the top teachers around the globe. How does he compare to the other ashtangi¹s you¹ve studied with? Thanks - p Hi Prima. Yes I would recommend attending David William's workshop. He is kind, funny, informative and helpful. He brings 30 years of practicing this tradition we follow. He has a lot of insights as to how to improve our practice. Because he has such a history with helping bring Ashtanga to America, he shares information about its history that settles a lot of questions. I would not compare him to another teacher. As someone else said earlier, each teacher brings his or her own particular experience, and you learn something from everyone.
