I have a hell of a time sticking both of my arms through when I'm in

full lotus. It seems as if my calves are too big (even though I am

a slim person). What can I do to improve this situation? Is this

really related to hip flexibility?

I know that in my class, people put water on their hands and arms and

it helps them to slide their arms through.
