Guest guest
I do drink up to 2 litres or more of water a day. I don't think it's a myth to have to do that, because it definatley keeps me energized the more I drink. I feel more awake by water, than I do coffee or tea. My skin is ten times better by drinking lots of water as well. It does purify your body. About my eating. I do eat a very high protein, low carbo diet. I eat very little sweets or snacks (only on special days) and I'm vegetarian. I have been to a nutritionist before and she said my diet was really good. So I'm losing all this weight but it has nothing to do with my diet. I am a little nervous since at times, I lose 1 kg in a few days, at times in 2 weeks. It is very sporatic. I'm 5"4 or about 163 cm, but now I weigh between 46-47kg or about 105 pounds. I think. I'm not sure if losing more is healthy, but I don't understand why I keep losing it. I do ashtanga yoga 6 days a week and feel so good after, I don't want to stop doing it. Any suggestions? Is it the yoga?
Guest guest
I suggest you to have a glucose level test. One commom sympthon of prediabetes or diabetes II is a suddenly weight loss. I hope everything is fine with your health and will pray for your health. Pedro Hernandez I do drink up to 2 litres or more of water a day. Guest guest
HOWEVER, don't panic! I know many (including myself) who have lost a lot of weight thru yoga. In all probability, this is very healthy for you. Perhaps your body now has a new set point. Besides, yoga does a number on your nervous and endocrine systems. I had the other symptoms too-- tiredness etc. No diabetes. So, take precautions (such as seeing a doctor), but be grateful if you detect no problem. Keep up the practice. All the best! ashtanga yoga, Pedro Hernandez <vivir120> wrote: > > I suggest you to have a glucose level test.
