Guest guest Posted February 4, 2004 Report Share Posted February 4, 2004 Hi everyone. I've been practicing mysore-style for about a month now, transitioning from a year's study of vinyasa. I'm anemic (iron deficient), so I've never really considered being a vegetarian, but as my body is adjusting to this practice, I'd like to change my diet. Do any of you have suggestions for books or resources on this subject? I read Jois' "Yoga Mala" and his suggestions, but I'm basically limited to cafeteria food, so I'm going to have to do more research on this topic. Perhaps I should ask my teacher? See a nutritionist?
