Michael is an advanced Ashtangi authorized by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois to teach

Ashtanga Yoga, from whom he learned directly the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Series in

Mysore. He has studied the Vinyasa System extensively and his rare

understanding and unique teaching style of the original Vinyasa System

supports the idea that yoga’s transformational powers – physical, mental and

spiritual – are available to all, slowly, slowly, through a daily Ashtanga

practice. He is hosted around the world to teach workshops, retreats and

trainings.
