Guest guest
Hi all, I came away from my practice last week with a very sore shoulder. The problem is that I did not injure it in one go....so I am at a loss to know what I may have damaged/how and when. I have taken three days off but am anxious to get back into it (generally 4-6 times per week). The postures that hurt the most are supta kurmasana (and balancing on hands)and eka pada sirsasana (although I am not able to do EPS on my own yet). Sleeping on that side as well as the constant up and down with my small kiddies is also quite grueling. Any thoughts out there would be great, especially particular exercises that I might be able to do to strengthen/stretch without doing harm. What I am nost interested in is a speedy recovery without having to stop altogther! Thank you. HC
