Guest guest
hey there, just check in a mirror that your elbows aren't moving out in chantaranga plank pose especailly the one you hurt, when the shoulders open up and release it can happen, it's more likely the position of your legs in eka pada try swapping legs over but careful you don't do it to the otherside, I know it's stressed that right over left but not to the intense point, if it helps the other repair then thats good! have a great practice! james --- huxcon <huxcon wrote: > Hi all, > > I came away from my practice last week with a very > sore shoulder. > The problem is that I did not injure it in one > go....so I am at a > loss to know what I may have damaged/how and when. > > I have taken three days off but am anxious to get > back into it > (generally 4-6 times per week). Guest guest
Thanx James....I am happy to say that the shoulder is getting better....I have been keeping it in check in chataranga and avoiding coming up in Supta Kurm until I am more confident that I will not re- injure.
