ashtanga yoga sore shoulder

hey there,

just check in a mirror that your elbows aren't moving

out in chantaranga plank pose especailly the one you

hurt, when the shoulders open up and release it can

happen, it's more likely the position of your legs in

eka pada try swapping legs over but careful you don't

do it to the otherside, I know it's stressed that

right over left but not to the intense point, if it

helps the other repair then thats good!

Thanx James....I am happy to say that the shoulder is getting

better....I have been keeping it in check in chataranga and avoiding

coming up in Supta Kurm until I am more confident that I will not re-

injure.
