Very interesting stuff! I think I've posted before that there are two excellent Ashtanga teachers in Tokyo (they are 1 and 1/2 hours away from where I am and I don't think either of them have any children). ....and, just to let you know, I found a Restorative yoga teacher that my pregnant friend is going to go to until after delivery. I agree that she didn't have enough experience with Ashtanga before getting pregnant. I think she is just disappointed about her progress so far to now have to give it up completely for 10 months!
