Guest guest Posted March 3, 2004 Report Share Posted March 3, 2004 I am leaving for a 27 month project in Zambia with the Peace Corps. Currently, I am still perfecting my primary series. I usually practice by myself but I do occasionally go to a local ashtanga studio. I have two questions. My living situation in Zambia will be very rustic and I will not have access to a yoga teacher. Do you think I should even attempt the second series by myself if I bring resources with me? If you had to bring only one yoga book to this kind of a circumstance, which one would you bring?
