Guest guest
hi all, i've recently been introduced to ashtanga and i find it really interesting..however, due to lack of $$ i am unable to go to classes regularly... does anyone suggest getting a video or CD or just following the series on my own??? I've done some hatha yoga in the past but am really looking forward to deepening my understanding and practise with asthanga...any suggestions? thanks so much! shamira
Guest guest
I suggest that you attend class sometime. There is no way you can learn all of the nuiances of astanga without a teacher. I go to class once a week and find it to be enought for me. I take what I learn and practice during the week. Think about some things you can cut out that can help you to save a dollar here and there. Coffee, soda's, bring your lunch to work etc.. Those little things can easily add up to 14 bucks for class. ashtanga yoga, "shamirahudda" <shamirahudda> wrote: > hi all, > i've recently been introduced to ashtanga and i find it really > interesting..however, due to lack of $$ i am unable to go to classes regularly... > does anyone suggest getting a video or CD or just following the series on my > own???
