Hello all,I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I can

open my shoulders? I am relatively new to ashtanga, but I have been

practising everyday now for the past two months.I have come to

realize as I have progress in my practise, that I am having problems

open my shoulds on specific postures. Namely, purvottanasana and in

one picticular posture in prasarita padottanasana, the one when you

are standing in a wide legged stance and you bind your hands behind

your back.I know that upward and downward dog postures will help to

release my shoulders but does anyone have any other suggestion i may

be able to try!

Thank you for your time! Namaste

There is no rush. Just feel the practice and concentrate on your

breathing. Everything will come in time.
