Guest guest Posted March 21, 2004 Report Share Posted March 21, 2004 I believe the primary series actually calls for doing a on both sides first, then b, etc. In my classes sometimes I will do all on one side first just to switch it up for the students. This is how it was taught in Mysore by Guruji and Sharat...anything else is not ashtanga, that is what I have been taught at least....
