Guest guest Posted May 17, 2004 Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 I personally just concentrate on trying to get my knees as close together as possible and this seems to automatically relax my hips in the process...I tend to even try and hike my feet up as far as they will go on my hips, even moving extra thigh skin out of the way before taking my knees together even deeper...I tend to concentrate on those two areas and not my hips at all.....any one else???
