Guest guest Posted May 20, 2004 Report Share Posted May 20, 2004 At the end of a led class usually everybody is sitting and you bow to the teacher and say namaste. Are you supposed to do this at the end of your practice if you go to mysore style practice? If so, do you do this even if the teacher has already left? Thank you for guidance on this.
