Guest guest
Hi Lea, I have osteoathritis in my knees, along with a torn menescus, and cartilidge damage. I also have some residual neck problems from a car accident. And am also approaching 50 so I can certainly emphathize with the teacher you are referring to. These issues have required an adaptation, or discontinuation of certain asanas in the primary series, and a shift in my perspective, but I continue to have a strong Ashtanga practice. What if anything, can I help you with? YogaBound Deb --- lyamojica <lyamojica wrote: > Hi! > I am looking for someone who has a strong Ashtanga > practice and also > has Arthritis.
