Two of Canada's top teachers are running a workshop at the Yoga Farm,

Penzance.

 

Ron Reid is co-owner and director of Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto.

Ron has been teaching since 1988 and approaches it in an inspired, informed and

non-dogmatic way, placing students' needs ahead of the demands of the practise.

 

The Yoga Farm is situated in a stunning setting in rugged west Cornwall,

close to beautiful beaches, potteries and galleries. Thai massage and Chavutti

Thirumal are on offer to support the practise.

 

The workshop includes eight ashtanga classes and costs £150.

 

Classes will limited to sixteen.

 

Self catering accommodation is available at the farm.
