Guest guest Posted June 16, 2004 Report Share Posted June 16, 2004 I haven't had the pleasure of taking Tereza Scharf at YogaWorks, but would strongly recommend Heather Duplex at YogaWorks in Los Angeles - she is an incredible Ashtanga teacher. For anyone also interested in flow classes (level 2-3), two outstanding teachers at YogaWorks are Joan Hymen and Jesse Schein. These three teachers have given me so much, not just once in a while, but every single time. (Vinnie Marino and Malachi Melville are also wonderful flow teachers.)
