Guest guest
Hi Lya - I'm in Bklyn Heights too! We practice at Yoga Lab on Atlantic Ave in Cobble Hill on Tues/Thurs evenings for a sometimes led/sometimes Mysore style class (depends on level of students at the class that particular day). Generally we get through Setu Bandhasana. Great instructor. Yoga People on Remsen St in Bklyn Heights has a Mysore program in mornings, but most of it is self-practice, as far as I can tell on their web site. Here are the websites: http://www.theyogalab.com http://www.yoga-people.com Otherwise, there are lots of places in Lower East Side/East Village that are easy to get to from Bklyn Heights. Hope to meet you sometime!
