Guest guest
For pure ashtanga: David Swenson's might be good - I've used his DVDs but I think the CDs are just the voice overs from the DVD. If so, that would be an excellent place to start. If you have a very solid practice, you might try Sharath's new CD which consists of traditional vinyasa counting (it's fast - 72 minutes total for the entire primary series!). Try http://www.ashtanga.com For power yoga/vinyasa yoga: I absolutely love Kimberly Wilson's intermmediate vinyasa CD and also the Yoga Sanctuary CD. Best of luck! rivkiec <no_reply> wrote: Can someone recommend instructional audio cds for practicing with at home?
