For pure ashtanga:

David Swenson's might be good - I've used his DVDs but I think the CDs are just

the voice overs from the DVD. If so, that would be an excellent place to start.

If you have a very solid practice, you might try Sharath's new CD which consists

of traditional vinyasa counting (it's fast - 72 minutes total for the entire

For power yoga/vinyasa yoga:

I absolutely love Kimberly Wilson's intermmediate vinyasa CD and also the Yoga

Sanctuary CD.
