This last April, I spent a week at a retreat on Ko Samui that was run by Paul and Jutima Dallaghan, and it was great. It's a nice setting on the beach, and Paul and Jutima are wonderful hosts. The food that was prepared there was delicious, and all vegetarian. And Paul's teaching style is quite nice. He's authorized to teach Jois' method. I highly recommend it.
