I don't know of any teachers in Maryland, but if you're going to be in the DC

metropolitan-area, you might try the Ashtanga Yoga Center on Wisconsin Ave.,

NW. They have Mysore-style and led classes, and the studio's director, David

Ingalls has been approved by Guruji to teach Ashtanga. The studio is listed and

has a Web site: www.ashtangayogadc.com.

Hi Gayathri,

 

Where abouts in MD? There's a studio in DC:

http://www.ashtangayogadc.com that has two authorized instructors. I want to

say there is a studio also in Baltimore but I'm not sure. The one in DC is

great though!
