Richard Freeman also has a nice DVD, but there are no modifications. However, you can do just part of the practice (e.g. Sun A & B, Standing Series, Primary Series, Closing). Swenson's DVD is also broken up in this format, but includes a demo and a section that discusses modifications. Swenson's practice book is a great companion to the DVD.
