Guest guest Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 Hi everyone...I am very confused.....I am heading to India in nov for five weeks.....originally I was hoping to spend a month at the Research Institute...however given recent injury Im thinking my back may not hold up to day in day out yoga....at such an intense level..what I want to know is WHAT is the intensity like?? HOw far advanced should you be to practice with Guruji ?? Can you miss a class if you dont feel up to it?? I guess that defeats the purpose of being there......If I just lob up to Mysore will I have any trouble finding something to suit...without pre planning?? Any girls out there done it alone??? Anyone heading there in nov??? I've never been, so I can't give any advice on injuries and mysore.
