Guest guest
Dear group - I have a small ashtanga yoga center in Spokane, WA that has been open for a year - prior to opening my center the only other yoga in town was a long standing Iyengar studio and a sort of yoga fit power yoga studio. There are no other ashtanga teachers in town here. So I am looking for another ashtanga teacher to help teach at my studio. For anyone who is looking to relocate to a beautiful and affordable part of the country, Eastern Washington, who is an ashtanga teacer, please respond and I'll give you more details. My second question is in regards to knee pain that a student of mine only gets doing "dolphin" pose - this is in preparation for forearm stand - with the feet still on the floor. Her knees only hurt doing this and I was wondering if anyone had any experience or could explain why. Many Thanks, Katie
