Guest guest
Hi Katie i will look around - and tell the teachers At DCYOGA we teach a classical yoga style called Bodhisattva my sister moved to Spokane (from Florida) - so I was thinking I should go to your studio sometime in the future iwhen I visit her (probably next summer) good luck narayan prakritiyoga <prakritiyoga wrote: Dear group - I have a small ashtanga yoga center in Spokane, WA that has been open for a year - prior to opening my center the only other yoga in town was a long standing Iyengar studio and a sort of yoga fit power yoga studio. There are no other ashtanga teachers in town here. So I am looking for another ashtanga teacher to help teach at my studio. For anyone who is looking to relocate to a beautiful and affordable part of the country, Eastern Washington, who is an ashtanga teacer, please respond and I'll give you more details. My second question is in regards to knee pain that a student of mine only gets doing "dolphin" pose - this is in preparation for forearm stand - with the feet still on the floor. Her knees only hurt doing this and I was wondering if anyone had any experience or could explain why. Many Thanks, Katie ashtanga yoga Take care of your Blessed Selves \ dcyoga - 5th floor 1635 Connecticut Ave NW Washington, DC 20009 (202) 232-2926 www.dcyoga.com Mail is new and improved - Check it out!
