Guest guest
Hiya I am just coming out of a dreadful time myself. I have no idea hat really instigated such a low, all I know is that I never want to go there again. I had to reply as I felt the same when I was first hurled into my 'episode'. I couldn't bring myself to get on the mat at all. I did try but simply couldn't do it. I know that many people will advise doing it nyway and I am sure this may work for some. However, they must realise that not all of us are that strong and the individual pain we feel may be to intense to cope with. My advise? Do what you need to do in order to get through this whether its Yoga or Jack Daniels ;o) Seriously, just hold on to the fact that you're going through something that my teacher calls 'bad weather'...it will pass no matter how dreadful a time you're having at the moment. Mail me if you like! T... ashtanga yoga, skydivegirlie <no_reply> wrote: > dear all > I am going through some real tough stuff at home, with my father > being ill.
