Guest guest
Hi all, I would like to ask a question about performing Ashtanga Yoga after having a Lasik operation done on both eyes. I understand that it is not advisable to do any exercises that would cause a person to sweat too much, so much so that he/she will cause sweat to go into the eyes and you willl tend to rub your eyes and cause the cornea flap (which is created by the Lasik op) to come undone. Do a person really have to rest for a week (like what the eye surgeon recommends) and not perform Ashtanga Yoga during that time. Could I take any precautions(like wearing a headband?) or perform some static poses? Regards.
