There is a studio called Yoga People (www.yoga-people.com) that has Mysore-style Ashtanga classes twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I believe these classes are taught by a woman who is authorized by Pattabhi Jois. The studio is available for self-practice Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I've been interested in finding other practitioners in the area -- I know of a studio that would be glad to offer ashtanga if enough people showed interest. Perhaps we could spread the word and get a morning class started? Anyone else interested???
