Guest guest
Arturo, Welcome to the world of "fear of falling"! We all have it, to one degree or another. I am especially fearful of falling backwards because I have the beginning stages of osteoporosis and a good fall can mean fractured bones. Doing inversions against a wall -- and then incrementally moving further and further away from the wall as you gain confidence in your pose -- is a good way to conquer the fear. After a while you won't realize how far the wall is from you and you will soon fiind yourself in the middle of the room!
