yoga class

Hello all

 

I am new to this group and would like your help if possible. I have

been doing Ashtanga yoga in the US for some time now and now have

moved to Mumbai India. I have been here one week and have searched

for an ashtanga yoga class closeby to where I live. Unfortunately I

have had no luck at all. I live in King's Circle. I can't commute

too far away from here and am not too familiar with the trains yet.

I am hoping to do my practice closeby.

 

Does anyone know of anything I can do in Mumbai in Kings Circle???

Hi Ritu,

I don't know anywhere in Mumbai.

You might have to just take regular trips to Goa (very cheap now on

Deccan Air) and come to Purple Valley? Have you seen the list of

teachers we have? It really is star-studded.

Have a look at www.yogagoa.com for the list of workshops at the

Retreat (one week or more) plus details of the Drop-In Centre.

It's not exactly convenient for daily class, but we have really top

teachers and it is probably worth regular trips over the season.
