Wonderful group

I'd just like to say that this is a wonderful group. Most people tell

me yoga is only good for flexibility when I know better. Yoga is a

mind-body workout and it's great to be around other prople who get that.

I must agree... yoga is about so much more than flexibility... SO much

more... it took me a while (been doing Ashtanga 4+ years, basic hatha yoga

10+ years) to really start to feel the "cessation of the fluctuations of the

mind," and I think that that is what draws me to my practice, especially

when I feel tired.

 

The benefits/effects of yoga are innumerable, it seems to me... and not just

for the person practicing, but for all of the people in that person's life.
