Guest guest
Hi The answer to your question is NO - it is not OK to backbends immediately after the standing poses. Buy one of the good books about Ashtanga - and you will see the sequence of asanas in Ashtanga. Then finish my practice with primary series forward bends and twists ? That is what they seem to do in a lot of the POwer YOga classes. vote. - Register online to vote today!
