Guest guest
It is my experience thus far in my practice, that hip openers and backbends bring much of the emotional stress up to the surface. These are the two areas I struggle most with....go figure! Guest guest
My guru has told me for a long time that most people do store their stress in their hips. Or I guess what he's really said is that if your hips are bothering you, chances are you're under a lot of stress. It's been pretty accurate in my case. ashtanga yoga, wrote: > > Hi All, > > Do hip openers open floodgates for emotional stress? > > Gayathri. > > > > > > >
