Guest guest
Hi, savasana is the best of the postures..... is the silence. is the opportunity to listen to your heart and to be part of the whole universe.... start focusing in the breathing.... soften it, get a smooth feeling in your muscles, release your face, and spread your chest, let your legs melt and fall outward, relax them from the hips to the heels. get the spine light but in contact with the floor, soften it from the sacrum bone to the top of the head, vertebrae by vertebrae, feel the connection between them, feel the energy flowing through it. let your thoughts fall, toward the back of the head, let them rest, and bring forehead (frontal brain) toward the eyebrows, eyebrows falling towards your eyelids .... and slowly close your eyes, without putting any pressure in your globe eyes. concentrate just in your warm body... in the air coming in.... the air going out.... the connection between inside and outside.... there are no limits.... you became bigger and bigger from inside out.... find the calm, and rest into the silence. is magnificent...the best experience ever but takes time.... do not worry.... and if your thoughts come again and again don’t judge yourself..... thinking is a good quality... you just have to find the way to dominate your mind. hope you enjoy it good savasana namaste rohosafi2 <rohosafi2 wrote: could you describe your relaxation techniques in savasana? i am interested in hearing different ideas and perspectives... ashtanga yoga Yoga Teacher Maria Pia Menghi 0498 57 16 07 Todo lo que quieres saber de Estados Unidos, América Latina y el resto del Mundo.
