Guest guest
HI No questions are silly. Only the answers are silly - but I will try to answer your question. When they say that the dristi is nose - that means that you have to focus on the tip of your nose - and you are right in the beginning it seems strange and you feel you are crossing you eyes. But try little by little and you will find out that it is quite easy and help you in your practise. When they say to gaze at the tip of your nose I feel like I am crossing my eyes and my vision is blurred. Do they mean to stare in the direction of the tip of your nose or what. I really don't understand what I am supposed to be doing? Sorry this is a silly question but I hope someone can help me out. Thanks.
