new member - exercising regularly for quite awhile. yoga stretching

for 1 1/2 years or more. realized my metabolism was out of control

recently and have focused more on yoga and less on aerobics. i still

adore light weight training.

 

worked with Wai Lana videos at first. i started to use Rodney Yee and

Bryan Kest videos to under the flow of asanas. did my own complete

practice last week. yay!

 

look forward to participating.
