Ashtanga in Mysore

Hi Maya, in Mysore, there is a teacher named Sheshadri who also teaches

Ashtanga. He's a really sweet man. His adjustments are extremely strong and

some people have reported injuries with him. On the other hand, if you like

strong adjustments, his Shala would be an excellent place to study. There

are also some teachers who teach in Goa and Kerala. Check out ashtanga.com

for listings. However, I'd strongly recommend spending at least a month with

Guruji. Cost and other considerations notwithstanding, I found it to be a

very special experience.
