Guest guest
if at all possible, get yourself to Ko Pha Ngan to study with Rolf, he is the best. It is not that far from Krabi. see ashtanga.com for details. roseannferraro <roseannferraro wrote: Hello all: I'm traveling to Thailand for the remainder of December and will be in Chaing Mai and Krabi - does anyone know of any drop in Yoga classes in either location? Guest guest
William is an Astanga teacher located in the old city in Chiang Mai. The name of his place is The Yoga Sala. When I was there in February he had Mysore Style Astanga Classes at 7:00 in the morning, and other classes through out the day. Not sure about Krabi. Haven't been there in a couple of years.
